We have been working together for the past six years and I can say with a lot of confidence that Mr. Randy Casey is a person who richly deserves to do his masters’ program in international business. We have worked together on technical jobs such as cmm operating, programming and training. I have found Mr. Casey to be proficient in technical skills and programming skills. Why I want to do MBA in International Business: MBA in International Business is a program that prepares individuals to manage, lead, motivate, mentor and effectively control and utilize resources in the global business environment and global marketplace. I also realize that the Master of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business degree prepares professionals to advance to high level management positions in both the public and private sectors of the global economy by providing the students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage operations in a complex international business environment. My interest in International business had its beginning right from my school days at Honolulu, Hawaii when I nurtured dreams of being a businessman with global contacts. The degree in Adult Education that I obtained in Korea, the Associate degree in industrial technologies, Wayne County, and Bachelor degree in business leadership from Baker College all helped me land a good job in a multinational company- the Ford Motor Company- in 1987. Working in this international business environment has only made me more acutely aware of the importance of learning International business in a systematic manner. Having been part of a prestigious multinational firm, the Ford Motor Company for so many years, I have come to realize that globalization has changed the corporate world in many ways. In order to adapt to the changes ushered in by the era of globalization, it is imperative that I gain a better understanding of “International Business”. I believe that I can contribute my services to the company in a better way if I do the masters program on International business. I believe that this degree will help me fulfill my ambitions in my chosen career. In my opinion, ability to evaluate multinational businesses and government organizations will prove to be a great asset. There is today a rejuvenated interest in international trading thanks to development of new media such as the internet and cell phones. In this age of digitalization, “International Trading” requires knowledge of the various facets of global business, and more importantly, requires the knowledge of the current international business circumstances which prevail, as well as the knowledge of various aspects of development, and investment, pertaining to international trading. As far as the United States is concerned, growth in the world market is going to be based on the quality of our business education. How we position ourselves will be decided by the knowledge we have of the international market.  This knowledge can be had through the masters program in international business. As an employee of Ford Motor Company, I have already taken part in business travels abroad. I have been to Japan in the past and I will be soon visiting Japan soon in the future. I want to contribute better as an employee of Ford Motor Company by being prepared to do more sophisticated work. This would mean being more involved in the Ford Motor Company’s international infrastructure and partaking in business friendly climate abroad. For example, I will be traveling to Japan on Company business in January and will be there for more than a month. This kind of international visits will be an integral part of my job in the future and hence a degree in International business will help me discharge my duties in an optimal way. During my study of International Business, I intend to focus on certain important issues such as the role of international technologies on education and culture. For the last decade, despite energetic attempts to recruit the highest standards in our relations with the rest of the world, the image of America continues to remain tarnished and we can sense that during our business dealings in other countries. The early days of my youth were spent serving the country in various roles in the U.S. army and infantry. This has created a passion within me to raise the image of our country in the eyes of the world and I truly believe that this degree in International Business will help me understand how to go about the task. We need to restore faith in our human, ethical, and health perspectives through the use and management of information systems and multinational business and government organizations. I believe that America must insist on its capacity to do so today and emphasize that this is what truly makes us unique in the world. I feel that I can attain a certain degree of understanding in matters related to doing business globally, with a masters Degree in International Business.
