Secondly, my previous background and diverse challenges that have been encountered put me in the position that justifies availing of the financial assistance which would be provided by the program. I used to be a factory laborer for the past nine years before I decided to go back to school and finish my education. I am currently 29 years old. I have been married, divorced, and have a 6-year-old daughter. I have lost both parents and one sister. I feel like I have experienced a lot of vicissitudes in life at such a young age. Through these experiences, I have realized that to enable me to be a more productive individual, there is a need to pursue higher education that would make it possible for me to be an instrumental contributor to the betterment of the organization and the society I would be a part of in the near future.

Finally, my personal characteristics and traits make me appropriately qualified to avail of the scholarship. I am very focused and immensely achievement-driven.
