Why I Want to Pursue a Bachelor Degree - Admission/Application Essay Example

It has always been my desires to pursue a bachelor degree in order to improve my skills and enhance my career progression prospects. In this regard, taking a bachelor of interdisciplinary course is appropriate because it equips one with ideas and knowledge from across various fields. My motivations of applying to this course entail the ability to be competitive in the job market, being specialized and help others in tackling community challenges. There is a saying that attaining education is one way of eradicating poverty and living a decent life.

I believe this motto will boost me to achieve my educational dreams and become a better person in society. I decided to apply for the course because it proved difficult to secure a decent and well-paying job due to the lack of a competent degree qualification. I recognized that having a stable job was not a guarantee unless one had a degree. This is because I was once dismissed from work to accommodate someone who had presented his degree papers and it was hard to find a job after leaving that one.
