The method relies on a face-to-face that is provided to the students in the learning environment with an unlimited scope for technology-facilitated communication (Bonk et al., 2012). In the recent times, ICT has proven to be a powerful learning channel in the academic institutions by providing several online learning platforms that are tailor-made to the students’ needs.

E-learning can be linked to the learning model, and in the scope of the document, has a vast impact on the early school years of the learners. By combining traditional methods with current technological advancements especially in the ICT sector, there has been the evolution of both synchronous and asynchronous learning tools that provide modern training and learning programs with very powerful methods. The simultaneous training process via the internet is useful to learners in the early years because it provides exposure to the limited learning experiences that will help guide the student to their career path (Luwangula, 2013).

The system provides a strong learning platform for e-learning and online applications in children’s learning and higher education as well. Blended learning provides the learners with a greater time flexibility, convenience, and freedom by the party engaging in the online class activities at home (Tucker, 2012). For children, this will provide an opportunity to develop cognitive abilities by making independent learning choices based on their preferences.
