The author ensures that he teaches through interactive ways where the students are involved in the teaching process. In particular, I advocate for group works and learning where students actively participate. I always give every student a chance to present their views and opinions regarding the course or subjects offered. This is by integrating question and answer sessions where every student asks a question or two and answers are derived from both the students and the teacher. This is with reference to Albert Bandura’s (1997), Social Learning theory where people naturally learn from one another through observing, imitating, and repeating events.

I selected this way of teaching because it is the best way that students will learn from others. Over and above, every student is given a chance to participate in the learning process.I also advocate for group work where students are allowed to collaborate in working on assignments. This is a great way for students to learn from one another. I believe that this is a way that fosters improving the skills of every student and further the weak ones get a chance to learn from the strong ones. At the end of the day, the behavior of the students is modified effectively.

I also integrate learning processes that foster rewarding the students who perform well. This with reference to B F Skinner’s (1938), behavioral modification, which fosters rewarding children and avoiding the use of punishment. I have chosen to work this way considering that it is apparent that students have different abilities and behavior. In this regard, those who adhere to the rules and pass exams are rewarded. In addition to this, students who perform poorly are motivated by the rest of the students especially when they improve in exams.

I also do not believe in punishing students who fail to adhere to the set rules or those who perform poorly. I believe that this may lead to more difficulties in modifying their behavior and performance.
