Research on Child Care Introduction Physical development Child care is the practices that a child needs as he or she grows into adulthood. When children grow and develop, there are changes that occur in the bodies. Such changes are the body movement, the body awareness, and gain of sense or realization of facts or ideas and also ability to understand the physical and health needs of the body (Tassoni, Bulman, Beith and Robinson, 2005). Child care encompasses more on how the young children develop their capacity to move their body parts such as their hands, feet, and even fingers. The concept also seeks to explain how these children use their senses and motion in the exploration of their surrounding environment. Children as they grow, begin to sort out what is more of the value of them and also those items that are hazardous to their lives. In this instance, a child will be undergoing development in him or her that enables her or him to be able to detect such changes taking place and also make the right choice (Tassoni, 2007). As learning topic, child care, tries to cover all this aspects of the treatment that the young children need as they mature into their adulthood. Some institutions set the coverage of this topic in the section on the primary education (P.E) as a lesson of its own. Need For Action Planning Action plans are those simple tools that assist in the small scale planning of small activities. In this case, for example, the action plan will be useful in planning of all the activities that will be in place towards ensuring that the young children get the quality education they deserve. Action plans outline the step-step plans in place that ensures in the realization of the objectives that and individual has in mind. In this case, the plan assists the individual in doing some particular tasks that seems not attainable because of the congestion of the schedules or the program of activities (Charlesworth, 2011). In the case of physical education planning, action plans are more vital. It is because it enhances the coverage of the broad areas that needs to be in place for the teaching of the young children as they grow and develop in their lives. Children need to grow with healthy mind and body. As a result, they have to go through some physical exercise daily and in an organized manner. It is, for this reason that necessitates the application of the action plans by a teacher or any other physical trainer that takes the children through the physical education lesson. The plans also ensure that the set objectives meet the deadline to which each is set for within a particular duration. In this case, the tools help in the realization, attainment or the achievement of a given goal that one targets within a particular time set for it. Apart from the realization of the set target, action plans ensure that an individual broadly thinks on the particular goal set before embarking on the mission of achieving it. In this way, the individual has the enough time that he can evaluate the impacts that will come with the attainment of the particular set objective. Apart from completion of the evaluation process, and individual may weigh the magnitude of the impacts that the goal of evaluating on whether the goal has more of its positivity than the negativities. Obviously, objectives that come with more positive impacts have the highest consideration since the benefits they come with are what each and every individual would want to reap from it (Tassoni, Bulman, Beith and Robinson, 2005). Attainment of the Smart Targets SMART targets those targets that are within the level that an individual can attain within the available time and also with the resource that he or she has at his or her dispensation towards attaining the target. In order, to attain the smart goals, there was the consideration of some of the aspects of its elements. Such elements are the time, the specificity of the idea itself, how realistic the idea is, and whether the allocated time was possible for each activity. After evaluation of these items in relation to the smart goals, it was possible to set the targets that could be achievable as indicated in the time management sheet (Gupta, 2011). Learning Styles Learning methodologies or styles that will ensure effective learning for the young children on the topic of the physical education will cover the below concepts; Avoidant Participative Competitive Collaborative Dependent Independent In applying the above styles, the teacher will be able to draw an insight that will assist her in how go about with the instruction plans that she has in place (Melhuish and Petrogiannis, 2006). SWOT Analysis SWOT analysis is that tool that assists in the evaluation of the strengths, weakness, opportunities, and the possible threats that may come by or one meets on the road towards the realization of a given objective. As a planning tool, SWOT analysis tries comprehensively to evaluate the effect of these components in realizing a goal that an individual has in his or her plans (McAuliffe, Linsey and Fowler, 2006). In the case of child care, it is vital to evaluate the possible hindrances that may make not easy to handle the children. The weakness or the strengths and other elements of the threats and the possible opportunities analysis should cover the teacher himself and the children when drawing or planning for the activities. For instance, factors like the level of understanding from the various categories of the children and physical impairment may form part of the analysis that the teacher should do. Some of the children have varied health conditions that the teacher should also consider when designing the SWOT analysis so as to take into consideration for their condition. Other issues that SWOT analysis needs include the financial requirements, the legal issues, and even the family backgrounds of the children. Some children may have some family restrictions that deny them in participating in certain activities like dancing that in most cases forms part of child care education. A complete evaluation of these factors in the SWOT analysis will be more of importance to the teacher in being successful with her class in teaching them the physical education concept (McAuliffe, Linsey and Fowler, 2006). Medium Complete Christmas Shopping Low The Impact of the Practice The impact of the child care educational learning will strictly depend on the application of the designed time management sheet in line with the SMART objectives and also obeying the SWOT analysis modalities. Child care education just as discussed before will require the use of the action plan so that the realization of the set objectives comes into effect. The uses of certain elements as discussed before stand to ensure that the education plan reaps more impacts to the learners. Some of these planning tools elements are the action plan, SMART objectives, SWOT analysis and time management sheet (Melhuish and Petrogiannis, 2006). In the end, the children will gain a lot in the classroom from the lessons they will learn in the physical development. Apart from the children, the teacher also stands a chance to benefit from the impact of the lesson. A teacher should to never at all avoid the use of the set planning tools of learning. The planning tools here are the time management sheet, action plans, and the priority sheet. The teacher will find herself working within the time frame she intends to complete the targets or the tasks ahead of her are she uses these tools in teaching. In addition, the teacher will also find herself finishing all the tasks without omitting others. As result, the teacher children will reap the maximum benefits from such planning tools (Tassoni, Bulman, Beith and Robinson, 2005). Bibliography Charlesworth, R. (2011).
