These facilities allow both the teachers and the students to interact freely; hence, providing good communication skills that are required in the job market.

Therefore, the college produces students that are ready for the job market, as they have been trained to interact and integrate with people of all levels equally without discrimination (Levin & Kater, 2006). For example, the school has facilities that provide appropriate mobility for students with a disability, which are accessible with wheelchairs. For that reason, the school is accommodating all students who want to join.
