From the study it became clear to me that ICT when properly implemented and utilized can be able to boost the education program in not only school of children without disabilities but also for those with disabilities.
The difference between rhetoric and reality: why ICT is being seen to have various disadvantages yet it is highly embraced by many. It is evident that quite a number of disadvantages have been raised concerning the use of ICT related equipment’s, with some being viewed being complex to use e.g. the key board.
