The final result reflects the students’ achievement in each of these areas rather than just the final exam. Likewise, an employer of a health and beauty salon needs to maintain these records to be able to decide on the salaries as well as performance reviews of each worker.

People and entities that are internally interested in the records maintained by the teachers include but are not limited to the school’s administration, the teacher, and the student. People and entities that are externally interested in the records maintained by the teachers include prospective employers, parents, friends, and family members of the students, and quality control and quality assurance departments. Employers need to see the certificates, transcripts, and degrees of the candidates to ensure that they are qualified enough for the job. Many times, the boards that certify and accredit the degrees and certificates attained by the students from a certain institute also need to review the records maintained by the teachers to provide the students with their certification and get their degrees and certificates accredited.
