Practice, Change and Learning Introduction Will encompass the general the mind set prior to the commencement of the and my perception in relation to the topics of discussion and learning herein. The paragraph will equally provide a brief information on the academic status prior to the undertaking of the course and finally reflect on the expected outcomes at the end of the module. (Oates, 2002)Discussion and BodyWill discuss the general development as the course progressed and the new knowledge learnt in the process .

The process will also involve the conceptualization and understanding of the theories of learning and the effectiveness and practicability in my learning case.(Hicks,1959). There will also be an explanation of Lewis three step theory of changing the status quo, change of behaviour movement, i.e. the change of the target to the equilibrium and finally the refreezing post learning. (Kristsonis, 2004) My position at the beginning and introduction of the module will determine how much time and concentration I will invest invest in the module.

the module is generally new to me hence I will concentrate and put higher amounts of energy in the entire course work.Conclsusion An explanation of the state at the end which will give the wider picture of the newly developed interest and indepth knowledge of the subject matter. (Robbinson, 1976) I Will equally demonstrate in depth understanding of the subject matter and illustrate the personal knowledge stand point presently.
