The project got underway and narrowed down the activity list, enabling me to focus on particular aspects of teaching about the children mind games. In the review I expected the feedback on improved or deteriorated sharpness of the mind. In the instructions page, the quest outlined the specific steps to follow in the games. This gave the learners a more specific process to follow and focus on.
The WebQuest provided interesting ways for the leaners to complete the assignments. It presented an easy option to integrate technology in the classroom. In the process the learners get the chance to interact with information-based online resources. The exercise also provided the students an opportunity to create their own projects and engage in their colleagues quests. It provided a major educational and informative experience by engaging me in specific – goal oriented - educational outcomes. In the experience the leaners were able to reason and think at more refined levels, using the provided information to solve the pattern matching puzzles.
In terms of interacting with the WebQuest, the accessibility was an advantage where learners were able to access the WebQuest from their home/library. The universal structure of all Web Quests made it easy for the learners to create. As the instructor, I was able to emphasis on the teaching skills that were required to read the Web Quest. The exercise, WebQuest, provided a structured and effective way to use the provided internet time. Through the insightful and well planned lessons, the learners received meaningful guidance. Last but not least, the exercise gave the opportunity to the learners and accommodated the learners from diverse backgrounds, providing the variety of required needs.
