Information is spread in many ways. The flexibility of this manner of organizational communication means that information can be spread widely and rapidly. Wide area coverage of communication means that a large group can easily be informed. However, due to the wide range and pace by which communication is spread, the quality of the information is not very clear. The complexity of the organizational communication structure would inevitably result in vague or incomplete information. Inadequate information is just as good as having none.

This problem could be improved by having a more streamlined model of communication. The university could first make a study as to which model is more suitable for their organizational culture and setting. At the same time, the university could try to invest in online media equipment for faster and more accurate information dissemination.
