Plan out how to achieve those goals after utilizing my skills and abilities. See what would be problems, challenges, and setbacks. This would require both my mental attitude and problem-solving skills. I will try to be committed and preserved when faced with obstacles in achieving my goals. I know that only after achieving small successes that I would reach my destination. Barriers to achieving goals may need to attend off-campus training resources, which may turn out to be costly, time-consuming and identify the place where I could get such training.

The administration may not be happy with my achieving those goals due to jealousy amongst co-workers. Staffs turn over when I have to take over the duties of those teachers who leave their jobs. This wastes my time in achieving my goals. I have to stop my plans temporarily till the routines go back to normal.
