Apparently, academic resources primarily assist the students to acquire knowledge in certain courses. For instance, library gender studies will be in charge of offering crucial information to students through libraries, in relation to the field of gender studies. Here below, are analyses of some of the resources that are crucial to running of the school. Ally resources In real essence, this program essentially offers a supportive and welcoming campus environment to not only the students but also the staff, faculty, by setting a visible allies’ network. ...
Here in, this department will deal with discrimination and harassment problems. Mockery offensive language, verbal threats are some of the issues that are prohibited but at the sometime, needs this harassment department to protect those under subjection. In addition, a diversity resource provides support to the university members who are uncomfortable with the treatment they get at the school. Apparently, some of the treatment is as follows; discrimination against religion, color, race, political affiliation and veteran status just to mention but few. Violence and hate crimes are other crucial resources that will deal with the sexual orientation and the related issues in the school environment. Health resources, this department will offer information, which is educational to all matters on health. Media and news resources, this will deal with information regarding the school as a whole. In addition, the school is capable of producing its magazines as a way of marketing its environment to the community; the magazine bears the name Prairie Flame .in summary, other resources will include the youth, safer sex and religion. However, the school cannot run well if the factors like water and energy conservation, noise control, solid waste management, integrated pest control, provision of the wild habitat and education on the environment is not put into consideration.
