There is something of a crisis in the Chinese education system. Chinese students, who have been overwhelmed by academic pressure received from a young age, have too few resources to help them make career decisions. I aspire to provide the resources for these young adults to successfully make the transition from school to society. First, I would like to help them find their true interest and passion. I am fortunate enough to have an undergraduate education from a top liberal arts college in the U.S., which provided me career exploration skills and allowed me to see the disadvantages of students at home. Through work and activities, I have collaborated with professionals from different industries, as well as with university students, further deepening my understanding of the challenges faced by students in China. I understand what must be done. Before I turn my vision into reality, I plan to continue to hone my business skills and increase my exposure by working in the consulting industry and through commitments like the Ai Community.
