Due to the weak bandwidth of the internet, this core value is not fulfilled which strongly affects the business of mobile applications. In truth, the mobile based applications are dependent of the Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) for its working and it has greatly crippled the essence of a mobile application. This brings us to the requirement of mobile commerce clients which will enable the effectiveness of mobile applications. This means that the app can be used to track items of fashion and arrange for their purchase. Instead, it is useful to those who always want to be trendy and in style thus offering users tips and suggestions about clothing, accessories, and beauty products. It will allow users to allows for word processing, which is very necessary for business Task analysis Those who love fashion shows but do not have the time to visit one will find it a big help. This application gives access to latest fashion shows worldwide. Those who want subscribe to high fashion will find these apps delightful and extremely useful. It will collate photos, blogs, and websites that are ranked highest. What's more interesting in this app is that it tracks when a particular piece of clothing has been worn There are certain specific features of the application which maximize the effectiveness of that application. The first one is to analyze the potential of the mobile. It must be noted that a mobile is not fancy technology gadget that the consumer is buying to satisfy his desires. In today’s world, a mobile has become the need of the consumer; therefore, it must offer features which are equally necessary for the consumers. The organization must identify that one core value which forms the base line of that organization’s objective, because it will be directly affected by the mobile application the company is offering. This means that organization must bring to table representatives from all the departments who are capable of giving their input in order to maximize the efforts on bringing around the best possible solution to the customer’s problem. Secondly, in order to create an effective mobile application, it is important that the organization must target the application towards the audience and their needs. Inevitably, smart phones and apps exist in an industry that is steered through changing trends of the audience and their needs. Applications are not developed in vacuum, rather they are created to target a specific audience, an audience which appreciates the specific application and demands a necessity. These applications are directed towards real people in a real world. There are many considerations which must be taken into account when planning the specific application. There are different types of people out there, belonging to different classes, age-groups, ethnicities and political inclinations. The applications designed must cater to the target group of customer. All these considerations must be undertaken when planning the new application. Moreover, the organization must set an objective to achieve before designing a final application. The application must be designed to perform a specific set of tasks. Even though it is possible to design an application which is capable of performing various tasks simultaneously, it will only serve to confuse the customer and he won’t be able to attribute a single value to the application. Following the setting of an objective, the organization must have gauging method to measure success of the application it launches. This would mean that the organization must possess an accurate and efficient system for measuring the effectiveness of the application. Companies must continuously strive to know the changing trends in the target market and develop their product accordingly. The features which make the application effective must never be guessed but rather measured from the consumer insight. The application development must be done in phases. The reason is the same continuity in improving quality of the program and providing solutions to the customer’s problems even before they happen. It is unnecessary for a firm to try and pack every feature in its first release. It is important to analyze the requirements of the applications if they are to operate in the absence of an internet. The first one is the storage and management of application data on the device. The preferred platform, J2ME only provides a limited space for the application to store data on the device. The biggest contributing factor in the availability of mobile applications is the selection of right mobile database. It is a complex decision for business to select the right mobile database product. Usually, the mobile databases are embedded into the client application, there are times when the firms have to pay royalties for all the products that they have bought and distributed. Therefore, the firms must negotiate a good contract so as to get the maximum availability of their applications. In addition, there is the issue of vendor lock-in door to the synchronization problems associated with the product There must be regular in conducting test and measure their time well. Testing after the product has been released in the market has no effect on the quality of the product. It is important that the product is being analyzed and tested at every phase throughout the process. Here, the quality assurance program plays its part. It is important to check and implement quality at every phase of the whole process. This can be achieved by integrating the quality assurance program into all the phases of the project (Youens, 2011). The different testing techniques are unit testing, application re-factoring etc. In this assignment an evaluation of the unit testing and database re-factoring technique is done. This testing technique is used in database design and provides a structured and automated way of testing each part of a database system. Mostly developers who develop a component do the unit tests and would write the test cases for the component. The testing of these components in an isolated manner to ensure component behavior before integrating with the main system is known as unit testing.
