It is for this reason that the following features illustrated the new home that I intend to have together with my family members. The new home will be built during the year of 2021 as it’s stipulated in the plan. It is expected that the new home will be on a two-acre piece of land. The compound must be well secured such that the home will be located near specific police installation. The new home will include both joined and detached houses. This is because I expect to have several family members who will be staying together including my children. However, the essence of the design will be such that the houses are built separately to allow freedom for every family member. The number of houses wills three. This will include two family houses and one guest house that will cater for any event. However, there will be other features such as SPA structure, which will be built separately as well. The compound is expected to be big enough to accommodate a good number of people. This will be essential especially in times of ceremonies such as birthdays, weddings or any other outdoor event. As already mentioned all three houses will be separate with several utilities for the occupants. The two family homes will have one story each. At the downstairs of each, there will be a utility room where washing machines will be kept. The same place will act as storage of freezers and driers. In addition, at the downstairs of each of these houses, there will be kitchens to be used for meals. These kitchens will be big enough for dining tables for people to eat from. This will be modified in a way it does not interfere with other activities in the klatches. This means that there will be no separate dining room for the family. The main reason is to ensure that the cooks do not have to walk up and down when serving the family or other people. In addition, it also has the downstairs where the living room will be located. The living room will serve as family gathering place especially after meals before turning in. The room will be will be essential for the family bin winding up after a long day. Along with a living room, there will be a study room, which will be partitioned form the main room, where my children will be staying and doing their homework from. However, this room will be designed in such a way there will be no disturbances or interference from the living room. This will give them the good time to concentrate on their work. The individuals within the living room will be able to relax without any noise, as the environment will be very conducive. The downstairs will as well be having three conservatories and three bathrooms. Parents will use one conservatory or bathroom while children will use the other. A visitor can use the remaining one. Further, both living rooms in the two houses will be installed with TV sets. The family members can, therefore, relax and watch their favorite programs. There will be a balcony that one can use to sit and look at the garden, or use it to watch the wildlife in the garden. Although the new home will be located in the city, the garden will be having some small wild animals such as squirrels, foxes, and many different birds. The upstairs of each building will be having two small bedrooms as well as two big bedrooms. Adults will use the two big bedrooms in each case. The bedrooms will be fitted with the required beds for the young individuals and all the necessities. The parents will be using these bedrooms while their children will be sleeping in the small ones.
