According to my current level of assessment, all my six components of the facets are well polished though some are not yet well developed.
Workers had no contact with the end-product, no control over the nature or process of the work carried out, and no creative work offered; instead, division of labour or specialization methods were being encouraged. One of the main reasons for this labour problem was inequality in the objectives of the employment relationships, as discussed earlier.

Personally, I can conform to this based on the kind of life that I live in.
