There is a need to increase safety and awareness and it is recommended that Qatar Airways should adopt and use international satellite air surveillance to maintain airline operations. The company is recommended to adopt Global Beacon solutions to meet the safety standards recommended by (ICAO) International Civil Aviation Organization. Hence, the organization will benefit from automatic time-to-time global tracking using (ADS-B) Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast that is equipped on the aircraft (Flottau & Buyck, 2016, p.31).  The tracking device includes vital data like the destination, place of origin, flight plan route, and estimated time of arrival.

  The state-of-the-art technology is also in line with the recommendations from GADSS requirements. The organization must increase the marketing strategy and utilize well the competitive advantages to compete well with other big companies like Etihad Airways. The quality of services offered to the customers should be increased to attract many customers (Buyck & Flottau,2016, p.27).  The organizational image relies mostly on the quality of the services the clients receive. Notably, the company relies much on embraced technology to deliver its services to the clients and there is the need for the company to update its technology (Flottau,2016, p.39). The updated technology curbs modern emerging trends.

Quality of services and emerging technology are recommended for the company to help it curb the emerging challenges. The oil prices are very unstable in most countries where the company operates; therefore, the company incurs heavy costs in refilling the aircraft. The costs related to oil causing the company heavy expenditure that causes a noticeable drop in profits of the company. It is recommended that the organization should build petrol stations around all the destinations so that the fluctuation of oil prices within a country does not affect the company (Flottau,2016, p.38). The company should refill the same petrol stations every time through the arrangements of the state and the organization or through the direct supplies from the main organization.

 The challenge of inadequate infrastructure in other destinations is a big blow to Qatar Airways. The aspects like poor human resources, poor airport infrastructure, inadequate transit facilities, and limited connectivity present a big challenge (Buyck & Flottau,2016, p.27). It is recommended that the company should encourage the countries that it operates to invest hard in the infrastructure and human resources to develop the industry. The challenge can be addressed well by the industrial regulations through the government states (Flottau,2016, p.38). The industry should have conditions and rules for all the airports to meet such criteria.

 Conclusively, there are many challenges that are affecting the clients and therefore, there is the need for the company to develop the strategies to address each challenge. Addressing the challenges enables the company to receive many clients, increase safety and increase the overall profitability of the company (Buyck & Flottau,2016, p.27). The stakeholders and investors should be aware of all the challenges facing the organization and the measures to mitigate them to enable them to make crucial decisions.

Notably, the technology is seen to embrace modernization and the company is encouraging it to all of its sectors to curb the emerging trends (Buyck & Flottau,2016, p.27).
