Extract of sample "Privacy Protections in Entertainment Venues"

Currently, various technological advancements have been evident. In the field of entertainment, the production and presentation of information have been transformed into digital. This has had various merits as well as demerits. Copyright protection is necessary to ensure that piracy is eliminated.

In addition, it is evident that there has been significant growth in the field of entertainment. This has resulted in the creation of many jobs among people resulting in the improved distribution of resources. This has been rewarding to the government through taxation (Hull, 2004). The returns to any job are observed to be one of the best motivators. As a result, the presence of copyright rules and regulations ensures that the artists are well rewarded (Porsdam, 2006).  In its absence, exploitation would be experienced and this would have a negative effect on stakeholders either directly or indirectly. In conclusion, allowing media material purchasers to make limited copies would have more harm than good. Therefore, I totally do not advocate for its implementation.
