I will present my unique talents, skills, values, and characteristics that will position me as the best candidate for the job. Moreover, I will include my work experience, training, knowledge, professional associations, and leadership responsibilities concerning the job requirements that will position me as a unique product. I will present my qualifications and myself to the potential employer in a proper and unique package. The process will involve establishing potential strengths and skills to appease potential employers. I will need to establish effective communication methods to deliver my skills to the labor market.

Promotion

I will seek to communicate my competitive advantages to employers using effective promotional tools to get a job (Warzel, 2011). The process will include developing a solid resume, mastering interviewing skills, and creating a dynamic cover letter that addresses the job requirements. As such, my resume, correspondence, interview skills, and cover letter will help me to sell my position to the employer. Other tools that will promote my position include emails, phone calls, and social sites. These promotional tools will enable me to get a job interview and consequently secure employment. Hence, the promotional tools will enhance my career brand and competitiveness.

Place

The process involves placing me where potential employers (consumers) can access me (Warzel, 2011). It also involves placing me where I can reach potential employers. As such, I will use online tools to search and apply for employment opportunities. I will equally network with current and former colleagues as well as interact with recruiting officials at employment agencies and human resource managers. Visits to college career centers and attending professional association training will help me to reach potential employers. Moreover, I will rely on cold calling to reach potential employers. These methods distribute me (product) to the employer (customer) in my job searching process.

Price

Price relates to all aspects of the compensation that potential employers can offer to me (product) (Warzel, 2011). It also involves identifying procedures that I will follow to make sure that I get the compensation I want and influence the employer to give me what I deserve. In determining my price, I will include my salary and other benefits like health insurance, overtime pay, holiday pay, off days, sickness leave, and risk allowance. I will also consider pension plans, bonuses, rewards, and promotions in determining my price. Ultimately, I will seek effective salary negotiation tactics to influence the employer to give me what I deserve. Therefore, I will know when to talk about my salary, the reasonable pay, and how to get the compensation I want.
