The current changes that are a part of this have allowed the company to continue to offer one of the top brands that are a part of the market.

The inception of Heinz began in Pennsylvania during the industrial revolution by Henry Heinz. He built his business practices from his parents with their pickling and sauerkraut services. By the early 1900s, Heinz was a growing corporation, specifically in response to the current situation with the Great Depression. The products offered included not only basic picking, but also soup, salads, and vegetables that were available through mass production. This led to over 57 varieties of products that were pickled and sold to the current market. After 1946, the grandson of the company went public with the various products and began to grow the company. From this inception, Heinz split into several brand products, including Ore – Ida and Star-Kist. The different brands were based on the type of product that was being made. By the 1970s, Heinz had reached international growth in the company. 1998 and after this time frame has been monumental years for the company. At this time, the products changed to bottled options for ketchup and pickled goods, while the rest of the company changed different products based on consumer demand (Heinz, 2010).

The policies and the incorporation of various products are some of the ways in which Heinz has incorporated different concepts for marketing. The first way that marketing is approached is through the internal environment that is created. The main concept of the products is to offer a taste that is in demand by those that are interested in Heinz 57 products.
