It also summarizes Susan Cain talk about “The power of introverts” and an explanation as to why am recommending her.Cain explains the power of introverts Susan Cain’s TED Talk mainly focuses on what introverts are capable of doing.

She narrated her story as an introvert when she was a kid. Books were her close friend, and when she went to parties, she felt as if she was in a wrong place. She condemns the current education system and workplace as they favor only extroverts. One is not supposed to be entirely an extrovert or an introvert. She emphasizes on three things: constant group work should be stopped, going to a lonely place (wilderness) and knowing what is in your suitcase.Susan Cain’s idea will help create a balanced community for everyone For every three students at FBS, one is an introvert.

Both the introvert and extrovert students appreciate their state and work comfortably together. Cain’s concern about allowing introvert students have time alone will help them think of unique solutions to the many problems affecting our daily lives.
