RECOMMENDATION REPORT MEMO After reviewing all of his s offered at all levels of the program, the program of study needs revision. One of the existing classes needs to be eliminated and replaced by a new category. The program coordinator needs to address the following problems with the type that needs to be;
· the class is too boring since it does not have practical’s that can improve the skills of the students in a particular field.
· The course offered in the class is not examined at the end of the semester as a result to some extent it is time wastage.
· Most of the time the class is as a free time for students since there is no specific teacher who is responsible for the class (Lee, 2003, p.47).
Solutions to the problem
The recommendation will fix the problem if the program coordinator takes mentioned issues seriously. If they are seriously, time wasted could be recovered, and no other time will be lost again. The recommendation will also ensure that students acquire both knowledge and skills through the practical’s. It will also help the institution of learning to lower costs as it pays a teacher who does not attend the class (Lee, 2003, p.47).
Drawbacks with the recommendation
The proposal might cost the job f the teacher assigned to be responsible for the class since according to the students, there is no specific teacher for the class. More so, since the main purpose of the course is to ensure that students acquire some of the rare general knowledge skills; it will lead to an adverse impact (Lee, 2003, p.47).
Thank you all as you implement the above recommendations.

Provisions for Gas, Electricity, and Water Markets

The traditional regulation relied on the static concept of competition in which the perfectly competitive markets are in equilibrium and, when that equilibrium is disturbed, move to equilibrium. This traditional approach has been eschewed in most of the British privatised utilities. However, it has a crucial problem. It requires the would-be regulator to identify the outcome of a perfectly competitive market which is impossible therefore the approach has no firm anchor and leads on to arbitrary regulation (on opinions).

At the time of privatisation, the traditional approach was already in some disrepute and the founding fathers of British regulation were searching for another anchor and, in particular, a means of regul...

A Hydrograph of River Cynon and Design of an Open Channel

... = 1/n (R)2/3 (S)1/2 Substituting the known values for V (actually ), n, and S, the hydraulic radius (R) may be computed as follows: 6.25 = (1/0.014) (R)2/3 (0.05)1/2 R = 0.245 If design for most efficient section is to be adopted, the height of an open channel (h) with a rectangular cross section is twice of the hydraulic radius. From R = h/2, h = R(2) h = 0.245(2) h = 0.49 or 0.50 m. The base width of the open channel (B) is: B = 2(h) B = 2(0.5) = 1.00 m. The wetted perimeter for a rectangular section (P) is: P = 1.00 + 0.50 + 0.50 = 2.00 m. 4.0 Conclusions and Recommendations Following are the conclusions drawn for the drainage design project based on the hydrograph analysis and the design...
