When customers are happy and contented, business is good.6) Trend analysis helps a business predict what will happen in the future depending on the current market forces, demand and supply hence it is able to plan and be ready. 7) The tangible characteristics are those that can be seen for instance broad shoulders, while intangible ones are those that are part of personality formation. Influenced by critically analyzing and then choosing where you would want to work and what stressors you would like to experience.10) These are stressors generated by certain situations and vary among individuals. One can influence them by developing positive skills and attitudes and by reducing negative energies. 11) These are those stressors one experiences as a result of body response to given situations.
