Sexual harassment may deter several individuals from participating in sports (UN Women, 2012). The offence committed in this case demanded to have such punitive measures and provided by the jury. Question 3The Garden management team should have focused on handling the case immediately Ms. Browne Sanders launched a complaint on sexual harassment. In this case, the management team should have resolved the issue amicably. Further, the management should not have fired her because of the complaint but ensured that the issue of sexual harassment is handled effectively.

Question 4If I was the Garden’s top management, I would focus on preparing an apology letter or statement to Ms. Browne. Such would serve as a means of acknowledging the fact that sexual harassment occurred. Further, I would look for measures and strategies to ensure that sexual harassment does not occur again.Question 5I agree with the statement. This is because the employer was unethical since instead of solving the problem, the employer failed to admit the complaint and fired Ms. Browne.
