In retrospect, the company takes pride in being an ethical company. In fact, Nike strategically places their responsibility to their internal and external stakeholders at the top of their priority list (McGlone, and Martin 13). The company spends great of money, resources and time in ensuring that they are fulfilling their ethical duty and attracting highest standards of ethical responsibility.

An evaluation of the internal environment of the company critically outlines major strengths and weaknesses that define and construct its marketing position in the global market. It involves auditing Nike, Inc Company and its environment that justifies its current position and reasons for variations between the expected and actual business strategy and policy (Frisch 28). Below is a table of the internal factor evaluation matrix of Nike, Inc Company. Internal factor evaluation attempts to analyze the internal environment of the company that includes its strengths and weaknesses to define its future strategies and policies of the company.

In retrospect, strength includes a comprehensive microanalysis of the company’s strongholds and ability that outshine other companies in the industry (Goldman, and Papson 34). Weaknesses explain drawbacks that inhibit Nike, Inc to achieve its objectives and which attribute to the variations between the expected and actual output of the firm. Nike’s Brand logos has been successful in the footwear and accessory industry. Its current logo “swoosh” sign is recognized as the most prestigious logos in the global market, industry as well as on the planet since it is involved with so many sponsorships of sports (Katz 14).
