When conducting a tutoring business, information sharing is very important since the essence is to educate other people.

This can only be done through imparting knowledge to other people. In order to achieve this, it is important to create a link between the tutors and the targeted audiences. This system makes it easy to for the people involved to communicate and share information.Customers can be reached through different forms of communication. Through networking, the customers can be reached by email, cell or telephone as well as social network sites such as face book and whatsapp. These forms of communication are fast, secure and efficient.

Video conferencing can also be used to conduct business. For instance, skype is a method of communication that enables two people to communicate face to face through the use of video system though they may be located in different places. The other effective method of reaching customers is the use of cell phones. Voice calls can be made or text messages can also be used to link people from different areas. This helps the tutors and the students to exchange vital information. Direct interaction between the tutors and their students can also help these two groups to link with each others.

Through face to face communication, the tutors and the students can know each other better quite easily. In order to provide customer service, there are different styles that can be used. The most important thing that we are going to take into consideration is to listen to all their concerns. Effective listening to the customers is a very important component of conducting business. When we listen to the customers, we will be in a position to understand their needs. This also helps us to tailor our services in such a way that we fulfil all their needs.

The other step that we will take in order to provide quality feedback is to provide them with feedback so that they may get to know their progress in learning other languages. Providing customer feedback also helps to create mutual understanding between the tutors and the students. Where there is mutual understanding between the two parties involved, there are likely chances that they can share information in a cordial manner. The other strategy we will use to provide customer service is to design a flexible payment plan for the services that we will be offering.
