This style, for example, gets rid of workers who do not add value to the vehicles that the company manufactures, and it also eliminates unnecessary equipment. This ensures that all the factors of production in the Toyota Production System add value to customers. This reduces the cost of performing business and increases efficiency in the organization (Chiarini, 2013). As a result of this, Toyota Production System produces affordable automobiles that are of a higher quality compared to its competitors in the industry.
