Response Order
Order: 1. e 2. a 3. d 4. c 5. b
Reason for the order response is that we have to respond first with the frustrated customer and calm him down. Then to our customer whose flight is at 6 A.M to ensure that he does not miss his flight if at all he finds it convenient to use our service. Then the physical damage just to ensure that the driver’s personal insurance policy will be able to cover him. If it does not, we at Uber have a policy that covers such drivers up to $ 50,000 and with a $ 1,000 deductible. Then I respond to the customer who wants a refund as he/she doesnt seem angry all he wants is a refund which will not take long to do. And lastly option b since we are certain that the customer will get his jacket back provided he is certain that he left it in one of our cars

Problem solving
1. We do not allow that due to security purpose and privacy options. They can only create an account from our regular application page, add the same vehicle and upload same documents.
2. For such unexpected technical issue, we suggest that the customer writes to with detailed information.
3. Uber team will review its data and analyze it to determine the purchasing pattern of customers. We should be able to point out suspicious activity that does not match client’s history. We will then confirm with riders that rides made on their site are legitimate before signing out. Customers can then confirm and with so doing, we track locations, browsers, operating systems and IP address of new customers to detect the fraudulent activities.
4. Step 1- I would tell the rider that I am pleased with him for having him ask that question and let him know that I will find that out right away. Step 2- I would then look through the application, find out what it is all about and explain to him as per the best of my understanding immediately. Step 3- Once I get back to him and having explained, I will ensure that he is satisfied with my response and in case he is not, I will refer him to someone who fully understands about the application.

...Discrimination – Appearance and Smokers Appearance based discrimination Legally prohibiting ‘beauty’ based discrimination isprima facie difficult. No federal law protects against appearance based discrimination — and only a few communities, like Santa Cruz, Calif., have such laws in place — plaintiffs then must prove that the discrimination is based on other factors other than appearance.
