Most of the restaurants’ employees have expressed an interest in wanting to join a union. It is in this context that Papa Nick wants to improve on the performance of all his restaurants.An action plan is essential in any business because it facilitates the achievement of the business goals. Desiring to achieve something is easy, but to be able to attain the actual desire requires one to formulate an action plan that will be a guide towards achieving a given goal.Increase the profit margin of the restaurant.

This can be done by removing the tension between his children. Each restaurant should receive equal resources, as they should all be furnished with new equipment. This will motivate his children as well as the employees to work hard toward the success of the business.Within eight months, Papa Nick will be able to evaluate whether the business has started making profits or the situation is still the same. In the event that after the eight months the profit margin of the business is still decreasing, then another form of action can be adopted.

Therefore, the action plan should take a maximum of six months.Yes, companies are adjusting their benefits to address the women. The companies are also recruiting more women in the workforce. They are also granting 12 weeks leave for pregnant women. Some companies are also going the extra mile by assisting the women in the childcare facilities. This reduces the burden of daycare.Out of the issue that has been mentioned, the most important one is granting the pregnant women maternity leave and when they resume, they go back to their earlier or equivalent position.

Some companies used to be against the women in their workforce getting pregnant.
