Adhocracy is suited for those organizations which are having low formalization and standardization and are organic and dynamic in nature.

Within these organizations, the decision making tends towards decentralization. Companies having adhocracy form of the structure are flexible and adaptable. Example of adhocracy is the project for the construction of the commercial building.
