Team’s PerformanceThe team effort was cohesive and worked perfectly well from formulation to implementation of strategies that ensured the attainment of group goals. Team meetings were either conducted briefly after classes or scheduled at Starbucks where division and delegation of tasks and responsibilities were noted and progress on the project was monitored. A team leader was elected to govern the administration of other roles and responsibilities and to provide direction and guidance as required.

All members were responsible and mature enough to discern the need to comply with their respective roles and responsibilities to ensure that the defined objectives were accomplished. In times of minor disagreements, regarding conformity to common schedules, among others, these were immediately resolved through negotiations and majority votes.
