Octawise Inc celebrated it 15th anniversary 2011. Fifteen years ago two gentlemen George and Richard came together and saw an opportunity in business management for kids this led to it birth. Company vision is to make all kids billionaires when celebrating their thirtieth birth day and becoming leaders in a commercial product development.The strategy and positioning helps us achieve our vision and goals. First, look at financial strategies which support the company’s services putting diverse offerings together and increase financial services.

Second, market is another area Octawise shall be a leading within business areas, and, focus its efforts on excellence by providing world billionaires leaders. Define its target customer groups looking at which individuals and companies can achieve customer advantage through the product and services that we offer. Developing an entrepreneurial spirit to young kids and teaching the financial management from young age. Our customers should always find us receptive to their ideas and easy to work with.

Third, the issue of processes is addressed fixing quality standards is the aim of the company by being world class financial institution. Through being competitive, secure choice for customer in the offering of financial information. The last but not the least, how we deal with employees by having a lean personnel in the workplace shall be providing place of learning and technical development. Also, having a skills development process that intertwines with the strategic level to individual level.

This will ensure experts correspond to our market strategy. Development of our leaders shall correspond to business acumen, honesty, dialogue and participation. Open communication shall be encouraged and knowledge spread throughout the company. All stages of employment shall be managed professionally (Niven, 2011).Improving financial position entails achieving profitability in the company pursuit of its mission and vision of short and long term financial independence. Financial objective entails such issues as good cash flow, creditworthiness, return on investment and dividend growth.

Examples of finances objectives are growth revenue, wider profit margin, and bigger cash flow higher return on invested capital and growth earnings. Organizational performance can be measured using balance scorecard these are results for finance and customer, operations, and capacity. These build foundation for vision, mission, and, strategies. Performance measures, to track actual performance against expectation, test strategy assumptions and new initiatives. Balanced Scorecard, vision, mission, and strategy at the corporate level are decomposed into different views, or perspectives, as seen through the eyes of business owners, customers and other stakeholders, managers and process owners, and employees (Gordon, 2008).

Employee development and goal alignment are being implemented by workforce performance lifecycle.
