Computing the optimal decision: Since the maximum emphasis was on exposure, experience, and expertise, and since the freelancer met all the criteria except one, and also since the other benefits that the freelance option offered far outweighed this only mismatch with the criteria, the computation metric went in favor of the freelance option and it was considered ideal. Hindrance faced while computing the alternatives: The only major factor that went against the freelance option was that it would not offer a face-to-face encounter.

But then, it was argued that the words that the person wrote were more important to the company than the words that he spoke in person. Hence the prospect was asked to do a few evaluatory works before finalizing an association with him, to which he readily agreed.
