In many circumstances, it is subordinate members with specific and different talents who show the group way in a certain path this is because managers cannot come out to be a leader here this is if a he becomes a leader disagreements may occur and he may think his authority is being questioned. Managers must be obeyed in that he may only have obtained his place of power through time and loyalty given to the organization and a leader the group go behind him naturally during the work for his own choice this is because he may not have managerial skills but his apparition brings people behind him. In management, it mostly consists of individuals who are skilled and qualified in the field of work he knows each layer of the system works and may also own a good technological acquaintance and a leader is a new influx to an organization that has new, fresh and bold ides but not experienced. Managers use an official language, method at the same time as lucid and the leader uses infatuation and stirs emotions or feelings. The management and leadership of in these modules have produced the practical submission of the two in the earlier period and the current future. The theories started from the Great Man to Trait then behavioral, participative and Transformational leadership. In the Great Man Theory, it is a pre-1900 based on the conviction that leaders and managers were brilliant people for example Martin Luther, George Washington; they were born with native qualities and meant to lead while others follow. This theory is inspirational to employees and is astonishing how much one can get by inserting a minimum excitement and power. The contribution approach to management amplify the staked of ownership of employees that is it can increase its productivity where an employee assumes his responsibilities and takes charges so there is less delegation or supervision from the manager. During working time, he may get stretched on his own with no compulsion from the management so it leads to the increase of productivity. Majority of employees are satisfied with their job levels this is so especially when people their suggestions and recommendations are being implemented. This tells that an individual employee when he/she says something and that it is taken serious he/she feels as an important person of that particular organization. Unless there is elevated level of inspiration to employees, increased productivity or job satisfaction cannot subsist. This means that everyone has a say to that organization and he/she is important. To improve quality, feedback comes from people who are part of the processes at the execution level. This means that excellence control begins and is ensured at the minimal level (Mobley, 2012). Management also works better with reduced costs that is if there is fewer need of management and more prominence is laid on widening of skills in self management cost are controlled routinely. The disadvantage part of management is it stands no exemption to it. This leads to better participation of all employees. Decision making makes it slows down because it stands for increased contribution and where many people are involved the process absolutely goes down. It takes instance to confirm the accurateness of capacity which income that conclusion will be measured down. In security issue management also arises from the fact that since early stages most people are known to lots of particulars and information. 4. Conclusion The administrative management in exacting mostly involves excellent leadership methods. Years back people used to think leadership was to engage nothing more than being the most perceptible and the most commanding but this days this notion of leadership has grown as time goes by. Being commanding and perceptible is merely not enough to make sure excellent leadership. For one to be a good leader, one is expected to avail himself to be a good leader though people have dissimilar kinds of management methods, and since one method might work for some, it might not toil for everybody. Therefore, the major center of leadership and being a good leader is a group of people. Therefore effectual leadership engages effectively commencing with people (Mobley, 2012). A good management is an effectual leadership because the aptitude to correctly manage a group is corresponding to being an effectual leader this is because managing organizations mostly involve being intelligent to direct the hard work an exacting group of people. Being a manager, the most anxiety is therefore the well being of an organization as a whole; a solitary reason is achieving an objective, without regard to the wellbeing of individuals. There is no way of getting around the fact that good management and leadership involves dealing with people. Human beings have unique characters and emotional response is involved therefore it means that one should have a contract with a host of changeable issues that have to be impartial, managed and directed so as to ensure most favorable presentations.
