Instead of keeping the article concise and ensuring conformity with the main theme, the author provides extensive information regarding the views of other authors on the topic and the research work conducted. It cannot be said that the literature was not synthesized clearly but the synthesis of the literature could have been better had the author given this article the attribute of conciseness.
