In the article, American Clean Energy and Security Act (ACES) is a bill that was formed to stop industries from releasing excess carbon dioxide to the environment. The European Nations have managed to minimize emissions of waste products to the environment since the year 2005. The American government has also come up with cap-and trade policy to protect the climate from the negative affluence from the industry (Johnson & Helena, 2011). 2. The board members were forced to listen to complaints of their shareholders. The reform-required shareholders to be given powers to determine the amount of money the senior executives should be paid.
