Summary
Business Ethics: A Personal Reflection From a personal standpoint, I believe business ethics to be the mainstay within any organization. This is because without a proper business ethical framework in place, the organization would not be able to sustain its own self within the different industries and be accountable to the stakeholders and the people that it is concerned with in one way or the other…

I will also discuss my personal perspective on the take of business ethics and how it means serious success or the complete lack thereof in the wake of the changing global scenarios. What seems significant here is that the essence of business ethics must stem from the top. The senior management should take the more responsive role because it is much needed and does manifest a great deal of harmony amongst the related organizational ranks. This has been apparent in its undertakings that usually take place on a consistent basis and which form the core essence of its success at the end of the day (Trevino & Nelson, 2011).

The organizational gurus and the senior management realms need to understand that if business ethics is a force to reckon with, it should always be applied across the board and without any hiccups whatsoever. I have strongly advocated for the proper incorporation of business ethics within an enterprise because it brings about success for one and all, and makes the customers, stakeholders and the middle tier realize of the gravity of hard work and oneness that the organization is instilling within its entirety.

I opine that if business ethics are not properly given their due place within an organization setting, the senior management can simply forget the premise of an incremental growth pattern coming about within its domains. This is because business ethics dictates the actual essence of the organization and not something which is based on mere hearsay. It documents the thoughts, actions and behaviors of the employees and the role played by the workers at different levels within the organization. Also if the customers of this organization find out that its processes are being run by unethical individuals, there is bound to be disaster waiting to happen (Bradshaw & Irwin, 2011).

The customers usually do not appreciate the idea of unethical regimes being rampant within an organization and it is for this reason that problems do come in within the related equations. What is even more significant is how well the problems are countered and what kind of success points are derived from the very same. Doing things right must not seem like a problem more so when the individuals working within an organization know that they have to perform their respective tasks and work actions at the best possible personal capacities.

If at all they believe in doing something worthwhile, they must not stray from their set path of action and focus on bringing together ethical domains which will guarantee success without a shadow of a doubt. I am of the opinion that business ethics shall always be deemed as the winner if things are managed properly and with much care. This will form the basis of providing the much needed edifice for the building that is known by the name of business ethics within the related settings. Hence when the business ethics premise is being seen as a difficult thing to follow up with and more so within an organizational setting, the need is to inculcate the proper role of the human resources management department so that the official version of the organizati
