The researcher states that the hypothesis of “Perception of various performance criteria by stakeholders in the construction sector in Hong Kong” was premised on determining the importance of performance criteria as influencing the level of performance outcomes within the industry. Through the participation of 324 construction companies and the use of repeated measures of analysis of variance (ANOVA), the data gathered through conducting a questionnaire was evaluated using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The findings from the study revealed that from among the nine criteria, stakeholders in the construction industry in Hong Kong have considered the following most important criteria according to relevance: time, profit, environmental protection, and quality. The study “An ANOVA Analysis Of The Relationships Between Business Students' Learning Styles and Effectiveness Of Web Based Instruction” focused on determining whether differences in learning styles of students affect or influence the instructional materials used in web-based learning modules and was measured through the results of students’ final grades in identified course modules.
