Physiology http www.ted.com/talks/pawan_sinha_on_how_brains_learn_to_see Pawan talks about the development of the visual system on the brain. His talk comes from a study done on blind children. His aim was to determine if brains can interpret visual aids in order to restore vision. A three year old baby was tested if its brain could interpret bad news in to good news. This was examined through screening of the eyes. If not so, then the blind child deserved to be treated because the brain had refused to learn and children with bilateral congenital cataracts could be treated.

However, some blind conditions could not be treated. After watching this clip, I think that visual ability among new born children can be corrected early in advance so that the brain can see well. What inspired me is how Pawan through his projects was able to improve the eyesight of children thus improving their brains.http://www.ted.com/talks/christopher_decharms_scans_the_brain_in_real_timeChristopher deCharms was a Neuroscientist who carried his study on the brain. He looked inside the brain in real time to show all its activities and how one feels at the same time.

He explained that the brain has thoughts, emotions and at times it undergoes pain. His analysis came about by looking in to the brain continuously for several weeks and tried to interpret its behavior. He tried to control brain pathways using technology to determine the outcome behavior. His study showed that one can either control love, truth, joy, fear or free will. According to this talk by Christopher, the most inspiring thing is that the brain can really be controlled and mastered so as to know the outcome feeling or what is happening to the individual at the same time.

http://www.ted.com/talks/vilayanur_ramachandran_on_your_mindVilayanur Ramachandran gives the audience the three clues in his study on how a damaged brain can affect the connection between the mind and the cerebral tissue. He worked very closely to those people who had unique mental disabilities. His conclusion here was that a damaged brain cannot coordinate massages and therefore serious disabilities within an individual can follow such as stroke. I believe that when the brain is damaged, the normal physiology cannot take place.

http://www.ted.com/playlists/144/should_we_redesign_humansScientists are coming up with ways of improving the human body using the bio- technology. Redesigning people needs one to know the tissues, cells and organs and how they can be improved in order to make better bodies able to do various functions. The scientist remade his legs and changed his height in order to achieve what he wanted to do in his study. This disabled him but at least he achieved his goal. According to the talk, one needs to be courageous enough to allow this extend of injury to him during redesigning.

Improving a human body is a tough decision one can ever choose because it is a source of permanent deformity to the body. The most inspiring thing in this talk is how individuals go extra miles to injure themselves in order to learn or come up with new ideologies in life.Physiology according to the talks goes hand in hand with good health care on human beings. If one body part has a defect, then the whole body is affected. Redesigning the human body also affect its physiology because it becomes permanently injured and therefore it does not carry out the normal body functioning.
