Responses to two different posts Gestational Diabetes The has given a proper and clear of Gestational diabetes. I was still curious to know what percentage of pregnant women actually suffer from gestational diabetes or how common is it amongst the American population. The student also mentioned assisting a mother, affected by gestational diabetes, and her newborn. However, from the text, this seems like she/he would only like to become a Registered Nurse, to cater for the needs for one specific mother and no one else, which would seem quite unambitious.

Another set of information which would be useful, would be a short description on treatment or prevention for pregnant women regarding gestational diabetes. Other than that, the entire information provided on gestational diabetes is very informative and specific, in a clear and simple manner, which is very easy to understand. Student 2: Type 1 DiabetesThe student has not mentioned the relevance of the disease to him/herself, and has not specifically mention what Type 1 Diabetes actually is. However, it can be indirectly implied later in the text that it relates to high sugar levels within the blood stream.

A lot of quotations have been utilized by the student in what should supposedly be a brief description on the subject. The ending sentence is dedicated to “managing” Type 1 Diabetes. However, it would be useful have some form of brief description as to how this can be done. The entire work has given substantial leverage towards what Type 1 Diabetes is capable of affecting within the entire human body, but has not given any information regarding its causes. Other than that, the information provided by itself was informative, with minor punctuation errors.
