It is for this reason the paper would focus on designing a local center which will help care for the elderly as well as acting as rehabilitation center to help correct this situation. A small case study will be undertaken to do a simple research will aid in in the determination of the kind of resources that will be strictly required subject to the financial constraints but on three other hand aiming at greater output (Markson & Stein, 2003). Several theories have been raised to aid in the in depth understanding the net worth of an old person.

Some arguments are raised on whether to let them stay in forefront politically, socially as well as economically. In this regard the paper will pay more attention to the disengagement ageing theory as this will form the need to develop a proposal that will help show that this theory should not be applied as its application will come up with a lot of negative packages. The disengagement theory asserts that aged people should be eliminated from importance societal duties or as the get old; they freely disengage themselves from such activities.

This theory, in my view is a total disregard to the massive endowment that the ageing population still has. It is therefore to come up with a necessary population to explain the negative of making this theory a policy that will really affect our society.
