The article praises Chola as a culture that that portrays fierceness and subversion. Most artists embrace the Chola style to invoke feminine fierceness and rebellion.

In this article, the incorporation of Cholas has a significance of exemplifying remarkable strength and artistic independence that is relevant for survival in a society, especially in the existent of racism that has thwarted a society’s social mobility. The power in cholas is evident in their capability to deal with gangsters, warfare, poverty, and violence. The article affirms in cultural appropriations that the chola tradition signifies struggle and tough life in gaining identity (Fregoso 322).

The foundation of pachucas culture was a symbolization of rebellion against the Word War II. The Pachuca culture orients towards radicalization and thus it is easier to use it to effect some change. With the advancement in technology, social aspects of life such as fashion can work well in portraying resistance. The culture of Chola and Pachuca’s are agreeable.
