From justified studies one is not wrong to argue that this monument was designed on the basis of social, political, economic lives of the Russian people at that time, when the country was undergoing and struggling for change in the society in each section of life. And this was around nineteen nineties (1900s) when the artist Tatlin decided to gather his knowledge and borrow from other great philosophers to finally design such a structure glazed volumes such as cube, cylinder, pyramid and hemisphere . In spite of Tatlin havng a lot support from his arguments concerning the tower there were some critics.
