LITERATURE REVIEW The print media comic is now becoming less effective, more time consuming and provide less opportunity for the artist to provide its services at broader area. Some authors think that Scott McCloud2 that he web comics provide the freedom to the artist. It enhance artist to show its art, feelings and thought at global level. On the other hand, there is no limitation to the artist in designing specific comics showing specific thoughts. The comics are the substitute of words in which a feeling is provided showing what actually the artist is thinking. The comics didn't require the expressions as the art itself is very expressive and showing the entire basic theme. Another comic, Mark Fiore3 still feels inconvenient in web comics and still using the paper media. According to him the comics is a special field and the internet provides the opportunities to those who know few or nothing about the comic field. Therefore, many artists are misusing this field and its quality and motives remain nor more same as it was in 19th century. The web comics rather enhancing the field of comic, making it more poor and ineffective. Similarly the famous artist, Gallagher's shows4 that the internet is enhancing the comics fields because the comic is actually a simple way that helps the people in describing their feelings and thought, so comics should not remain as the part of artist field rather every one should have freedom in using the comics to express what they want to say. Similarly the filed of web comics is becoming more popular and now different firms, companies and specially the consumers are trying to express their feelings and thought through comics about any event, product or service. The artist Joe Cameau5 stated that web comic are better then the paper media comics due to the unique capabilities of web. Where as, in the case of paper media the artist need more effort and have fewer resources in order to sketch the required animation. On the other hand, on internet various tools are provided that helps in making the better animations requires less time and holding fewer cost. Secondly the web comics help in market your animation at global level thus increasing the visibility of your animation. Emily Horne's6 stated that the web comics provide the freedom to the artist in internet. It relaxes the artist more on internet than on paper media. The reason is that there is no limitation for the artist to remain in a given boundary. The artist is free to express its thoughts. The web comics provide the consumers of good and services to describe their thoughts about their products and services. Therefore due to web comics not the industry of comics is becoming more enhanced and popular. Now the artist and general people feel better in describing their feelings with the help ob comics. Usually the general public uses the comics in order to describe their government and their drawbacks. The important point is that these comics express their feelings in better form without using any criticizes statement. Above mention literature shows that few artist favor the web comics while still few famous artist remains with the paper media. In order to know, that what pattern is giving more advantages, we will elaborate different questions from the literature reviews and will answer these questions in way that it will extract the result that which way of comic are better and providing maximum advantages to the artist and the readers. Usually the famous artist view is taken in account that helps a lot in getting the accurate answers of these questions. Data analysis10: the data is analyzed by showing the percentage of general public answers and the percentage of artists showing their views on these two media's of the comics. Answer to question # 1: the 90% of the famous artist agree that the distance between the artist and readers decreases through web comics the reason is that the internet is the cheap way of describing your comics. This is not only cheap but also provides difference cheap tools and resources to better express your comics. The visibility of the artist comics increases on web sites where as this visibility is limited on the paper media. Taking results from general public, the 100% public view support that web sites decreases almost all the distance and thus providing the artist to enhance its comics more through internet where as, the paper media show the visibility to a limited boundary and enhance the artist art to some extent. Answer to question # 2: the internet providing the maximum cheap tools that enhances the art of artist. The 80% of artist states that these tools has enhanced the working of each artist and thus providing better services to the world. On the other hand, 20% or artists rated that these tools are actually not enhancing the artist art. As the artist actual art is to design the comics with a simple pencil giving as lively emotions as possible. These tools rather diminish the actual artistic art. General public rated that though these tools enhanced the artist art and giving more enhanced and better services but actually the real art is that providing maximum emotions with the help of simple lead pencil. Answer to question # 3: for answering the question number 3 100% of artist agree that due o the web comics there is a great recession in the business of comic book publishing. The reason is that now the consumer are getting more enhanced comics easily on web sites which are cheap and requires minimum time. The general public is also agreeing to this answer that there is the great slump in the business of the comic publishing. Answer to question # 4: where on one side it is decreasing the business of comic book publishing of comic book than on the other hand it is increasing the independent publishing of the artist comics. This makes the field of comics to expand at general level. As this field doesn't require any professional degree rather it is a God gifted technique that is given to few people in the world. Therefore, the web comic is enhancing the independent publishing of the comics. This independent comic publishing requires least cost, more visibility to your comics and enhanced the field of comics at global level. Therefore, if a person didn't get the way for its natural gift of art through paper media, then the electronic media has enhanced this natural gift of artist. 100% person of artist and general public agree to this statement. Answer to question # 5: the 100% o artist agree that the web comics are providing freedom to the artist. As on the internet you can easily and freely show your thoughts and views in the form of comics. Internet provides freedom to the artist in the content of comics where they are providing different comics showing different issues and thus enhancing the field of comics. Where as in paper media you are limited to given boundaries in which you have to express you self. The thing is the "expression", where on web comics you can easily express what you want but on paper media you expression is limited. Secondly the websites allow you to freely use different tools, free publishing and many other low cost services which are more comfortable. Answer to question # 6: if you take web comics then this is providing more benefits than paper media. The reason is that on web sites you can easily use different internet tools freely to enhance more your art. And this also requires the less time but providing more visibility to your comics at international level. Using low cost but giving more earnings on the net. The earnings increase due to greater visibility of the comics. Where as on paper media the visibility of your comics is low and providing less earning to the artist. The comics books are also no more in use as the people are getting cheap services on the net but different novels and books hold comics along with wording which is providing the earning to the artist. EXPECTED OUT COMES AND FINDINGS Above mention patterns and answers shows that the web comics is becoming more famous but still the value of paper comics isn't down. The web comics provide the ways to the new artist to enhance their art and to provide better quality work. The internet suites better to those who are new to this field or those who want to enhance their visibility at global level. The techniques on the web sites though produce more expressions and emotions to the comics but still the paper media is stronger. The famous artist feels that the comics are actually the art of an artist providing emotions and expression on a simple paper with the help of lead pencil. They thought that the real art is the art of using the simple resources and giving maximum outputs11. Where as they think that using the latest techniques and technologies in forming the comics remains no more art. It is not the art that without using any simple resources rather using more techniques that enhance their art is not a real art. These techniques are not actually showing their art but actually helping them in providing the better format which they the artist cant provide by using the simple pencils. Therefore the famous artist doesn't think that the web comics are the real art. Where as the few of them agree that the only benefit that the artist got through internet is its comics visibility at global level. Because on paper media the comics are limited to the regions where paper is distributed. But the web comics are distributed at global level and enhance the visibility thus enhancing the image of artist at global level. Others do agree that the web sites allow the artist a free expression through their comics. They are not limited to simple issues as in the case of paper media. WORK PLAN The overall study, literature review, data collection, data analysis and expected results show that the web comics do provide benefits but it can not compete the paper media comics because these paper media comics are the real art. The art is using the simplest tools and showing the exclusive outcomes. Using different techniques and tools though make the work easier but it does not remain an actual art. The famous comics artist do agree that internet do enhance the field of comics, provide cheap resources, increase the visibility of your art and these are not possible through he paper media. But the all of above discussion is related to actual art. The actual art is using the lead pencil and provide maximum expression to your comics. Therefore, we concluded that the paper media will remain important for the comic field and it is what the real art but the web comics will also enhanced with time but it actually not giving the actual art of the artist. The quality of art is actually seen in the paper media where the artist actually using its art techniques. Whereas, the internet isn't using the real art but allowing the artist to use maximum power tools and thus the human art is less given through web comics Web comics can be used as for general expression but paper media will remain important for real comic art.
