The researcher will develop a semi-structured interview and an explanatory non-experimental research survey questionnaire. Basically, the semi-structured interview questionnaire will be used in determining the strategies used by ABC’s human resource manager (Australia) and XYZ’s human resource manager (China) in terms of establishing an organizational culture within the hospitality industry. The explanatory non-experimental research survey questionnaires will be distributed equally to a total of 16 employees working at ABC and XYZ in order to evaluate the employees’ perception with regards to the strategies used by their respective human resource managers.

Measurements of Data and Research Findings AnalysisQuantitative data gathered will be measured using simple statistical measurements such as the basic computation of frequency and percentage. This will be done with the use of the Microsoft Office Excel software. The qualitative research survey and interview results will be analyzed together with the literature review gathered in this study. Basically, the gathered literature review will enable the researcher to have a better idea with regards to the importance of culture in international human resource management within the hospitality industry.

In the process of going through the main discussion, the researcher will analyze the significance of cultural management and diversity based on the human resources perspective of hospitality within the tourism industry.1.1 Research Question(s) The following research questions will be used in addressing the problem statement of the study: What is organizational culture? How important is an organizational culture within the hospitality industry? What constitutes cultural dynamics? What are the different techniques or methods used in enabling the human resources personnel to increase their success in integrating the cultural dynamics within a hospitality business?

 Why is it important to determine the cultural differences and differences regarding the labor institution between the two countries? What are the advantages and disadvantages a business organization could gain out of making use of different cultural dynamics? Within the tourism industry, what is the significance of cultural management and diversity on hospitality based on the human resources perspective? Is the human resource manager working at XYZ hotel effective in terms of establishing a diverse culture within the workplace?

 Do XYZ employees find the strategies used by the human resource manager effective in terms of establishing a diverse culture within the workplace?1.2 Aims / Objectives of the Research Study  To understand the important role that organizational culture plays in the hospitality industry; To understand the different techniques and methods used by the top management and human resources personnel in terms of increasing the success of implementing the cultural dynamics within the business organization; To understand the relationship between organizational culture and the positive or negative impact on the work attitude of employees within the bottom-line of the organization; To determine the difference between the national culture in China and Australia;
