Those who use cheap mobile phones have a variety of choices as they are well represented in the media platforms. Those who market cell phones must be aware of the factors that affect consumer purchase decision making on mobile phones. Factors that influence the consumer's decision making may not necessarily compose of the speed or the connectivity or even the specific characteristics but instead the features like psychological characteristics like personality, lifestyle and the loyalty of the brand. This awareness is exempted in the mobile phone marketers and commercials which try to emphasize style and emotion portraying how phones can improve customer's lifestyle.

There are many factors which are attributed to the identification of cell phones. They can be identified based on the purposes they serve to the users. It has become like a culture where cell phones have become part of our lives; they help us keep connected with others and provide their users with a sense of security- in the event of an emergency, one can use a mobile phone to seek help from others or police. Cell phones help save many lives.

During cases of emergence, it becomes necessary to use phones, to call the police or request for help from the people in a network.
