This is because if the player is not happy with the goal, there is a reflex action that is directly transmitted to his facial expression thereby showing his mood at the goal. A statement from the player about his feeling of the goal is an example of unreliable test item e.g. “I was happy for the goal”. This is because the player can easily lie about how he felt This is because from his profession the customer is expected to be happy for his teammates. A reliable item will be consistent.
