The result of the analysis gives a detailed combination of the two classes in two variables, the sectors of the US government that employs the veterans aged 20 years and four years (Cheung & Au, 2005). The figures are representations of total numbers of veterans and non-veterans for the periods and per sector of government. As is evident in the table, the last column and the last row are average values for years of employment and averages per sector respectively. A report from SPSS for the central tendency and the measure of dispersal shows the mean distribution as 11.5 and 6.75771 (Wall & Amemiya, 2001). Continuous variable information also classifies the mean and standard deviation for every category of the employees as shown in the figure. Considering the mean for each category, Non-Veteran Females have the highest value of 6.5148 while the retired Veterans have the lowest value of 1.1022.

Relation to Thesis
The analysis was used to test three hypothetical statements in order to assess the efforts of the US government to absorb the veteran servants (Ployhart & Oswald, 2004). The three statements of hypothesis had claimed that there was a particular relationship between the independent variables (Years) and the dependent variable (number of employees) (Woehr, Sheehan & Bennett, 2005). The first statement of hypothesis claimed that the total number of twenty-year-old veterans who were employed by the US government increased consistently from the year 2009 to 2012. This hypothesis was not satisfied because the total number of veterans reduced throughout the four years, with the final numbers falling from 17335 in 2011 to 13797 in 2012.

The second hypothesis was that of the average numbers for all the categories, which rose steadily from 2009 to 2012 (Schmitt & Kuljanin, 2008). This was not satisfied because the average increased from the years between 2009 and 2011, but then the sequence fails when the average number reduces from 3467 to 2759.4. The hypothesis is therefore partially satisfied. The third hypothesis claimed that the total number of twenty-year-old retired veterans employed by the US government rose at a constant rate from the year 2009 to 2012 (Tsang, 2002). The total number of retired veterans in all sectors was increasing steadily among all the categories and sectors for all four years. However, the number reduces from 4098 to 128.

The methods used to present the results of data analysis from the study were precise and clear in summary. It showed that the US government had not done enough to employ the required number of veterans aged 20 years back to service (Muthén & Muthén, 2007). Even though the government claims to have increased its efforts, the analysis was able to illuminate the need to employ veteran soldiers back to service in various government sectors as being enormous and requiring the balancing of gender, sector deployment and the various categories (Rogers & Schmitt, 2004). The sector in which more absorption ought to take place is the State Government, followed by the Federal government (Mathieu & Taylor, 2006). The method could still undergo improvement by combining more presentation tools such as scattered dots and three-dimensional graphs.

Conclusion
The methods of presentation were communicative enough. There was a combination of various tools such as SPSS output reports of analysis. This was appropriate for invalidating the data analysis and the tests of the hypothesis. Even the calculations had their explanations shown concurrently. It provided a platform on which the report could advise the US government. Read More
